摘要
为给沼液在养猪生产上的科学应用和深入研究提供参考,对沼液喂猪的增重效果、防病虫效果及其对猪肉品质的影响进行了综述,并介绍了沼液喂猪的技术要点。同时,从加强沼液喂猪对肉质、重金属残留和迁移规律的影响和沼液喂猪的最佳组合等方面提出了今后的研究方向。
To provide references for the scientific application and further study of biogas slurry in swine production, the gaining effect, control effect, insecticidal effect and effects on pork quality of biogas slurry in swine production were reviewed, and the technical points were introduced as well. Meanwhile, the further research direction was proposed from aspects of strengthening the effect of biogas slurry on pork quality, heavy metal residue and migration regularity, and the best combination of biogas slurry in swine production.
