摘要
聚集和分泌(secretion)是血小板的二个最重要的功能。本文介绍能同时连续测量聚集和分泌的带单片微机的新仪器。分泌是用光电倍增管通过测量荧光-荧光素酶系统(fireflyluciferasesystem)的发光度实现的。测量聚集采用通常的比浊法。
The two most important platelet functions are aggregation and secretion. In this paper,a new instrument with single chip microcomputer is introduced. The aggregation and secretion of ATP from the same sample of platelet can be monitored continuously and simultaneously. Secretion is followed by measuring luminescence from the firefly luciferase system with a photomultiplier tube(PMT). Aggregation is determined by the usual turbidimetric method.
