本文从凝固法、免疫学方法、发色底物法分析和探讨全自动血凝仪的检测原理,介绍了凝血分析参数在疾病的研究、诊断和治疗方面的临床应用。
This article discusses the detecting principle of full-automatic coagulation analyzer from several aspects,including chemocoagulation,immunology and chromogemic substrate methods.Also introduces the clinical application of coagulation analysis parameters in the research diagnosis and treatmeat of diseases.
