摘要
对"宁杞1号"和大麻叶枸杞果实中某些生化物质的含量进行了分析比较和部分生物活性试验对比。并对"宁杞1号"枸杞鲜果经不同加工方法后某些生化物质含量的变化进行了研究。
This paper dcals with the analyzation of soluble protein,lipid,nucleic acid, polysaccharide and uronic acid in the new species of Ningxia Lycium barbarum L."Ninggi-1".and its original species "Da Ma Yie".The results showed the different contents of these substances in "Ninggi-1" and "Da Ma Yie" and the changes of them in fresh,lyophilized and stoving fruits of "Ninggi-1".The "Ninggi-1" and "Da Ma Yie" fresh furits had higher effects on SOD activity in plasma of mice than the two stoving fruits.The extraction of "Ninggi-1" strongly increased the DNA synthesis of mice lymphocytes with ConA stimulation while the extraction of Da Ma Yie showed only mederate effects.
