摘要
本文对关苍术的颜色反应、ＴＬＣ和紫外吸收光谱特性作了介绍，并与白术、苍术和北苍术作了比较。实验结果说明利用３种方法中的任何一种即可鉴别关苍术。
Three methods(Colour reaction,TLC,and UV spectral parameters)were used foridentification of RAJ(rhizoma Atractylfores japonica). Their results were compared with those ofRAM(rhizoma A lancea)and RAC(rhizoma A chinesis).It is showed that any of the three meth-ods could be used for correct identification of RAJ。
