摘要
利用带有积分球的SHIMADZU UV—240分光光度计,测量了组织在固定前和后的反射率和透射率,分析了福尔马林固定对组织光学性质的影响。
Before and after formalin fixation, we have got the characteristic reflectance and transmittance of the tissues in the wavelength regions of 200-900nm, using double-beam spectrometer and integrating sphere. we separately analyzed the influence of formalin fixation on optical reflectance and transmittance of tissues fixed by formalin. The results show that formalin fixation alters the optical properties of tissues.
The transmittance at 850nm of the tissue fixed by formalin increases at 850 nm from 31% to 45% as opposed to the tissue unfixed, but the reflectance at same wavelength decreases from 41% to 39%. we also noticed that changes of the Soret band ( approximately 413.6 nm ) , the a ( 541.0 nm ) and 3 ( 577 nm ) bands of oxyhemoglobin are remarkable
