摘要
本文采用外膜蛋白图谱法，研究了两株从天津地区新近临床分离的耐药绿脓杆菌对亚胺培能的耐药机理。在ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ蛋白电泳图上，发现两株亚胺培能耐药临床菌均丢失了ｏｐｒＤ２，其ｏｐｒＥ的含量亦减少，和亚胺培能敏感的标准对照菌３－Ｂ和亚胺培能耐药的标准对照菌３－Ｃ比较，提示此两临床菌株耐亚胺培能的主要原因可能是ｏｐｒＤ２的丢失。
Mechanism of imipenem resistance was analyzed by outer membrane protein profiles in two clinical isolates of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(LGP155,LGP243).SDS-11%PAGE analysis showed the absence of the band of outer membrane protein D2(oprD2)and decrease of the oprE in the two strains.comparing with imipenem-sensitive reference strain with normal amount of oprD2,3B,and the imipenem-resistant oprD2-deficient reference strain, 3C, it has been suggested that the loss of oprD2 might be the main cause of imipenem resistance in the clinical isolates LGP155 and LGP243.
