摘要
该文采用外膜蛋白SDS -PAGE、凝胶分光光度扫描分析方法 ,研究该室临床分离的绿脓杆菌OprD2与耐药的关系。结果表明绿脓杆菌泰能耐药株均有不同程度OprD2的减少 ,耐药组OprD2的相对含量明显低于敏感组 。
Department of Internal Medicine, The 3rd Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical ScienceIn this paper, we use SDS-PAGE method and a scanning densimeter to study the relation between resistance and outer membrane protein D2 (OprD2) in Pseudomonas Aeruginosas. The results show that the amounts of OprD2 in resistant isolates are significantly lower than that of sensitive isolates, that the amounts of OprD2 are reduced respectively in all resistant isolates. In a conclusion, the reduction of OprD2 is primary element which is responsible for Pseudomonas acruginosas’s resistance to Carbapenem.
