摘要
在６４例成人上肢标本上（其中３Ｏ例为动脉铸型标本）观察了虎口区的动脉及吻合情况。虎口区动脉分布复杂，吻合丰富。纵向吻合类型和横向吻合类型的出现率分别为７０．３％和１４．１％，各类型又分为浅、深层吻合。此外，还分别观察了虎口区掌侧和背侧动脉的连接以及掌背侧的动脉穿支。根据虎口区动脉的起源、吻合，讨论了其临床意义。

origin and
anastomoses of the arteries in Kite were observed in 64 adult hand
specimens(including 30 vascular cast specimens).The results showed
that the arteries distribute extensive-ly and anastomose freely. The
transverse and longitudinal anastomoses of the arteries are 14.1%and
70.3%respectively,and each pattern can be subdivided into superficial
and deep anasto-moses,The neighboring connections of the arteries in
palm and dorsal region in Kite and the per-forating branches were
also observed.Clinical significance was discussed.
