摘要
对国內研制的喹诺酮类抗菌药新品种环丙氟哌酸注射剂型进行体内抗菌作用研究,并与同类药物氟哌酸注射液比较。静脉注射环丙氟哌酸对感染了致死量细菌的小鼠具有良好的保护作用,对绿脓杆菌、金萄菌、大肠杆菌感染小鼠,本品的ED_(50)分别为11.331mg/kg、4.966mg/kg、12.428mg/kg,低于氟哌酸相应的ED_(50)。环丙氟哌酸和氟哌酸体内抗菌作用量效关系之间具有平行的关系,但前者比后者明显左移。结果表明,该研制的环丙氟哌酸注射剂型抗菌谱广,抗菌活性强,作用原理与同类药氟哌酸类似。
The antibacterial activity in vivo of home-made ciprofloxacin injection, a new quinolone derivative, was observed and compared with those of norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin has good protective effect to mice which were infected by death bacteria. To mice infected by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococus aureus, or Escherichia coli, the ED_(50) values of ciprofloxacin injection are 11.331mg/kg,4.966mg/kg amd 12.428mg/kg, respectively, which are lower than those of norfloxacin. There is parallel relationship between the dose-effect cures of ciprofloxacin and those of norfloxacin, but the formeris located at the latter'sleft obviously. The results suggest that this home-made ciprofloxacin injection is broad in antimicrobial spectrum, strong in antibacterial activity, and similar to norfloxacin in antibacterial mechanism.
