摘要
研究了鱼油烯康胶囊对44例中老人的抗衰老作用,以同年龄组47例为对照组。研究组服用鱼油烯康胶囊3g/d,疗程2mo。研究结果表明,鱼油炸康胶囊对抗氧化酶有调节作用,对NK细胞活性有调节作用,并且可改善微循环,提高记忆商(MQ),缩短神经反应时间和光选择反应时间。本文结果提示,鱼油烯康胶囊具有调节中老人机体功能延缓衰老过程的作用。
Fish liver oil, containing DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) 20% and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) 7% ,was made into soft capsules. It was to be taken 3 g a day for two months by 44 senile volunteers. The activities of SOD (Superoxide dismutase), CAT (Catalase),GSH (Glutathione) were raised ( P <0. 01, P <0. 001, P <0. 05) which were lower, opposite overhigh were reduced (P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). LPO (Lipid peroxide) were reduced both lower and high ( P <0. 05, P <0. 001). For NK Cell (Naturae Killer Cell) activity,fish oil can raise the lower to higher ( P <0. 01) and reduce the over -high to normal level ( P <0. 05). Fish oil improved the micro- circulation, MQ (Memory quotient) was raised ( P < 0. 05), nerves reaction time and choice reaction time were shortened ( P <0. 05),nerves reaction time and choice reaction time were shortened ( P <0. 01, P <0. 05). These results suggest that fish oil can regulate the functions of the senile and postpone the physiopathologic development of senility.
