摘要
综述海洋生物抗氧化剂研究现状、海洋生物抗氧化剂的种类。讨论了海洋生物抗氧化剂的抗氧化作用及其抗氧化机理。展示了从海洋生物中寻找抗氧化剂的广阔前景。
The recent research situation and the kinds of antioxidants from marine living things are reviewed.Their antioxidative effects and mechanisms are discussed.The results show that there is a good prospect in searching antioxidants from marine living things.
