摘要
取食不同寄主植物的小菜蛾3龄幼虫对呋喃威和巴丹的敏感性发生了变化。其中取食萝卜的小菜蛾最为敏感,其次为甘蓝、菜心、白菜和西洋菜,取食花椰菜的最不敏感。但用不同寄主植物饲养小菜蛾1个世代后,统一用菜心饲养至3龄,再分别用上述药剂测定,其结果敏感性差异不明显。
The larvae of diamond back moth(Plutella xylostella L,)were fed
pak-choi[Brassicacampestris L. ssp. chinensis(L.)Makino var. communis Tsen et Lee],
flowering Chinese cabbage(B.campesiris L. ssp. chinensis var. utilis Tsen et Lee ), cabbage( B.
oleracea L. var. capitata L.),cauliflower(B. oleracea L. var. botrytis L.), radish(Raphanus sativus
L.), and watercress (Nasturtiumofficinale R. Br.)untill they were sprayed with carbosulfan and
cartap in the third instar. The result ofbioassavs showed that the larvae of diamondback moth
bred from different host plants had remarkable dif-ference in susceptibility to both of the
insecticides sprayed. Among the six kinds of food plants, the larvaebred from rad ish were
most sensitive and those from cau liflower were most resistant to both insecticides.The order
of susceptibility to the insecticides induced by food plants were radish > cabbage >
floweringChinese cabbage > pak-choi > watercress > cauliflower.
