摘要
粳稻广亲和品种02428和籼稻恢复系密阳46杂交,经连续同步跟踪测交,选育成广亲和恢复系92-7。该恢复系与43份籼、粳品种杂交一代的结实率平均为683%,与籼稻的亲和性略优于粳稻;对不同生态型和地理来源品种的亲和性存在多态性;对粳稻野败型不育系无恢复能力,对其余的5种不育胞质均具有恢复能力。利用92-7配组的大部分杂交一代表现生育期短、株高适中、穗大粒多、丰产性好等优良性状。作者认为粳稻广亲和系/籼稻恢复系的单交法是选育广亲和恢复系的简便有效方法之一。
Wide compatible restoring line 92-7 was bred through a breeding program that Japonica wide compatible line 02428 was crossed with Indica restoring line Milyang 46 and their progenies were selected and tested continuously and synchronously. The mean fertility of F 1 s of 92-7 crossed with 43 varieties was 68.3%, and the compatibility of 92-7 to Indica was superior to that of to Japonica. The compatible polymophesim for ecotypes or geography types was found in 92-7. The reaction of 92-7 to CMS was conducted, it was showed that 92-7 possesses restoring ability to 5 type CMS lines, except to wild abortive type Japonica sterile line. Most F 1 s of combinations with 92-7 expressed elite characters such as shorter growth period, proper plant height, larger panicle and more productive spikelets. It was thought that the single cross of Japonica wide compatible line with Indica restoring line is a simple and effective breeding method for wide compatible restoring lines.
