摘要
WCR1是从广亲和系SMR中的早熟变异株中系选而成。是一个较好的偏籼广亲和恢复系(广亲恢系),与粳型三系或两系不育系配组,产量优势潜力较大,能筛选出偏粳型的强优势组合;又是一个籼型软米,可作软米直接利用,对于改善籼稻品质,是一个有价值的中间材料。
WCR1,selected from an early-maturing mutant in the population of SMR, is a wide-com-patability rice and classified by Chen’s index method with an index of 11 as an indica rice(Oryza sativa L.).The seed setting rates of the crosses between WCR1 and indicas and between WCR1 and japonicas were 73.95%and 84.40%,respectively. When WCR1 was crossed to indica and japonica CMS lines,the seed settingrates of the hybrids were 59.9%and 81.1%,respectively.Therefore,WCR1 is a wide-compatability re-storer line.Some combinations of WCR1 such as 76-27A/WCR1 possessed remarkable heterosis on grainyeild.Furthermore,WCR1 in a dull rice with amylose content of 12.85%, alkali spreading value of 5.3 andgel consistency value of 69.5mm,so it is a useful material in the improvement of rice quality breeding.
