摘要
选用颖尖无色的核质互作雄性不育系,与颖尖有色和无色的广亲和品种配组,在分离世代(F_2)中,选取一批颖尖有色与无色可育株,分别与籼、粳代表种及核质雄性不育系测配,以F_1杂种自然结实率为指标,研究了广亲和基因颖尖色和恢复基因的遗传关系.试验结果表明:颖尖有色与广亲和性存在部分连锁,广亲和性和恢复基因各自独立分离,广亲和基因与颖尖色和恢复基因可重组在同一个体中,应用颖尖色为标记性状,能为田间感观选择广亲和恢复品种提供方便.
The restoring line Minghui 63 (indica,colorless glume-tip) has been crossed with two compatibility varieties Cpslo-I7 (colored) and 02428 (colorless) . In the F2, some fertile plants Possessing colorled or colorless glume-tip were selected to cross with indica, japonica, and cytoplasmic-genetic male sterile line. According to the spikelet fertility of F1 hybrids, the relationships of genetic recombination among wide compatibility gene, glume tip color and restoring genes were analyzed.The results showed that there was some genetic linkage between wide compatibility gene ane glume-tip color gene, which was convenient to select wide compatibility varieties by visually inspecting the glume tip color. The wide compatibility gene and restoring gene were segregated independently. They could be recombined into one plant, and that indicated it is Possible to apply the Threeline intersub-bspecific heterosis by breeding the wide-comPatible restoring line of cyto genetic male sterility.
