大豆抗种粒斑驳基因效应的研究 被引量:8

摘要 3个在成株与种粒抗性上不同的品种(系)东农79-9、东农81-43、铁6915(东农)与3个都感的品种合丰25、丰收12、天北白目配制15个杂交组合。1991与1992年在网室与田间同时种植杂交组合的6个世代,人工接种SMV,鉴定实验结果认为,抗种粒斑驳的行为是由基因控制的。抗性基因为显性。抗性基因的数目与抗性亲本的抗性强度有关。抗性基因的遗传方式在抗性强的亲本中表现为单基因的简单遗传,而在抗性弱的品种中,不仅存在单基因的遗传,还存在互补与累加的遗传方式。东农81-43与铁6915(东农)抗种粒斑驳都表现为受一对显性基因控制。东农79-9所含一对抗性显性基因的抗性要弱于东农81-43所含有的抗性显性基因。定名东农79-9含有的抗性显性基因为I_A,合丰25或天北白目含有的抗性显性基因为I_B。东农81-43与铁6915(东农)抗性显性基因分别为I_D与I_T,I_D基因表现为一因多效,它同样是I_A与I_B的复等位基因。 Three strains, Dong Nong 81-43, Dong Nong 79-9 and Tie 6915(D.N.), different resistance between seedcoat rnottling and adult plant, were crossed to three strains, He Feng 25, Feng Shou 12 and Tian Bei Bai Mu, susceptible to seedcoat mottlingand adult plant. The P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2, F_3 and BC1 of 15 crosses were planted in the nethouse and the field at Hong Xing Long in the same year, in 1991 and 1992. Theresults showed that the action of resistance to seedcoat mottling is controlled by gene and the resistance genes appeared dominancy. The number of resistant genes arerelated to the resistance of resistant parent. The strong parent of resistance onlybrings a single dominance resistant gene, but the weak parent of resistance,the different number of resistant genes in the different crosses, and gene from one to three.The genetic form of resistant gene in the crosses of strong parent of resistanceexpressed a simple genetic, a couple gene, but in the weak parent of resistance, notonly a genetic of alone gene, but also the genetic form of complementary and theacoumulation. Dong Nong 81-43 and Tie 6915 (D.N.) of resistance to seedcoat mottling controlled by a couple dominance gene. Dong Nong 79-9, He Feng 25 and Tian-Bei Bai Mu appeared genetic characteristics of complementary after inoculation withSMV-119, and all contained a dominance gene each other. The genetic is complexafter inoculation with SMV86-11, expressed the genetic characteristics of accumulation, and the complementation of three couple gene.The resistance of Dong Nong 81-43, contained a couple resistant dominance gene is stronger than the Dong Nong79-9's, designed the gene as I_A; He Fing 25 or Tian Bei Bai Mu, as I_B.
