摘要
目的建立复合氨基酸胶囊中 5种水溶性维生素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法 ,用乙腈与庚烷磺酸钠 磷酸钠的水溶液为流动相 ,流速 1 .0ml/min ,柱温 4 0℃ ,检测波长为 2 80nm ,进样量为 2 0 μl。 结果维生素B1 、维生素B2 、维生素B6、维生素C和烟酰胺分别在 2 4 .7~ 75 .2、1 5 .0~ 4 4 .9、1 2 .2~ 37.5、99.2~ 2 99.9、1 0 0 .3~ 30 0 .9μg/ml范围内呈线形关系 ,相关系数均为 1 .0 0 0 ,平均回收率均在 (1 0 0± 2 ) %范围以内 ,RSD(n =6 )分别为0 .1 9%、0 .2 6 %、0 .4 6 %、1 .1 7%和 0 .5 2 %。结论此法准确、简便、快捷、经济 ,可以同时测定复合氨基酸胶囊中维生素B1 、维生素B2 、维生素B6。
PurposeTo establish a method for assaying five water soluble vitamins in compound amino acid capsules.MethodsBy high perfomance liquid chromatography method, mobile phase was acetamide plus water solution of sodium heptansulfonic acid and sodium phosphate. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Column was C 18 and was maintained at a constant temperature of about 40℃. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The injecting volume was 20 μl.ResultsThe standard curve of VitB 1,ViB 2,VitB 6,VitC,niacinamide was linear over the concentration range of 24.7~75.2,15.0~44.9,12.2~37.5, 99.2 ~299.9,100.3~300.9 μg/ml rspectively.The correlation coefficient was 1.000. The average of recovery rate of VitB 1,VitB 2, VitB 6, VitC and niacinamide was in the range of (100±2)%, RSD was 0.19%、0.26%、0.46%、1.17% and 0.52% respectively.ConclusionThis method is found to be accurate, simple, quick and saving. It can assay simultaneously for VitB 1,VitB 2, VitB 6, VitC and niacinamide in compound amino acid capsules.
