摘要
根据锌能使鲁米诺-H_2O_2-Co^(2+)化学发光体系的相对发光强度淬灭的原理,在选定最佳的实验条件下,按微量锌的线性范围,求得红花、党参、人参、柯杞子中微量锌的含量。
This paper is based on the principle that the relative luminous strength of luminol-H_2O_2-Co^(2+) chemiluminescence quenching is extinguished by zinc, The contents of zinc in Flos Carthami, Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Radix Ginseng and Fructus Lycii were measured in optimol experimental conditions.
