采用紫外分光光度法，以邻苯二胺为显色剂测定了１２种药材中微量硒的含量．本法回收率为９８．９５％，变异系数１．３４％．
UV method for determination of selenium in traditional Chinese medicine was developed by using o -phenylenediamine as coloring reagent. The contents of selenium in 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained. The average recovery of this method was 98. 95%. and the coefficient of variation was 1. 34%.
