摘要
利用银合欢、南洋楹和大叶相思三种速生固氨树的木屑袋栽香菇,结果表明,银合欢木屑能促进香菇菌丝生长,鲜菇产量比对照提高108.6g/袋,生物效率提高31.0%;大叶相思木屑的鲜菇产量比对照提高51.6g/袋,生物效率提高13.1%。对各配方的香菇不同时期的5'-磷二酯酶活性检测表明,子实体形成期酶活性比转色期弱,即其活力在于实体形成期受抑制,且受抑制程度与产量呈正相关。
Lentinus edodes was cultured in the sawdust of three fast-growing nitro-gen-fixing trees(Leucaena leucocephala,Acacia aurculaeformis and Albizia falcataria)in bag.The result showed that the sawdust of Leucaena leucocephala accelerated the hy-phae growth of Lentinus edodes,increasing mushrooms more 108.6 g per bag and31.0%biotic rate than that of the control,and that the sawdust of Acacia aurculae-formis increased mushrooms more 51.6g per bag and 13.1%biotic rate than that of thecontrol.5'-phosphodiestersae activity in different periods was examined.The resultshowed that the activity in the fructification period was less than in the browning peri-od.This indicates that the activitv in the fructification period is restrained and the degreeof restraint is positively correlated to the yield。
