摘要
本文应用气相色谱测定妊娠绵羊安氟醚吸入麻醉期间血药浓度和终未吸气浓度,并研究了安氟醚在妊娠绵羊体内药代动力学过程。经适当动力学模型的建立,分别描述具动力学特点。药代动力学研究表明:安氟醚在妊娠绵羊体内血液药物浓度时间规律为:C=12.48329(e-0.0344964t-e-0.03262423t)安氟醚吸入后药时曲线符合一级吸收一室开放性模型。动力学参数分别为:消除相生物半衰期=20.089min;吸收相生物半衰期2.124min;表现分布容积(Vd)=4.493L;血药浓度时间下曲线面积(AUC)=3.236ml/L·min;机体总清除率(CL)=0.155L/min;血药峰浓度(Cm)=8.477mg/100ml;血药浓度峰值时间Tm=9.188min。血药浓度同理论值(回归值)极为相似,无统计学显著性差异(P>0.05)。
This thesis deals with the blood and end-tidal enflurane concentration which wasdetermined by the gas chromatography,and pharmacokinetic processes of enflurane du-ring inhalation anesthesia of pregnant sheep.The pharmacokinetic characteristicsof this anesthetic were described by establishing suitable pharznacokinetic models.Accor-ding to the pharmacokinetic anaslysis,the concentration──time law of the anesthetic wasC=12.48329(e -0. 0344694t-e-0.03262423t)and conformed to one-compartment open modelafter enflurane inhalation.Pharmacokinetic parameters were as follow min,2.124 min,Vd=4.493L, AUC:3.236ml/L.min,CL=0.155L/min,Cm =8.477mg/100ml,and Tm=9.188min.The blood concentration anesthetic was exactly similar to the theoretical values(theregression value)(P>0.05).
