摘要
实验应用吸入麻醉药安氟醚 ,对小型观赏犬进行吸入麻醉试验 ,行间歇正压通气控制呼吸 ,并以 Datex呼吸监护仪对呼吸系统的各项指标进行监测。结果表明 ,尽管安氟醚对呼吸功能有抑制作用 ,但使用机械通气不要求动物自主呼吸 ,应用旁气流通气监测法 (SSS) ,通过调节安氟醚吸入浓度和潮气量 ,可保证呼吸系统功能正常 。
Effects of enflurane on functions of respiratory system were investigated in healthyminitype dogs undergoing intermittent positive pressure ventilation (IPPV),and monitored in anon-invasive way with Datex.The results showed that the dogs were guaranteed smooth respiration and abundant oxygen with application of controlled mechanical ventilation(CMV)and side stream spirometry(SSS) although enflurane had repressive effects on respiratory system.
