摘要
以番红花整个小球茎作外植体,培养在68A2~3mg/L(单位下同)和NAA0.2~0.3的MS培养基上,出芽快而多.将无菌芽去尖接种到6BA4的培养基上,并加进少量NAA,对丛芽诱导有利.愈伤组织和芽接种到6BA0.5和NAA0.2的MS培养基上,均可长出小球茎.将带芽的小球茎接种到1BA1的1/2MS培养基上,可得到96%的生根率.
As the whole little corms of Crocus sativus L. are taken as explants and cultured on MS mediumcontaining 6BA2~3mg/L and NAA 0.2~0. 3 mg/L, a lot of buds are induced quickly. Bud clustersinduction is enhanced, when aseptic buds with tip cutted are inoculated on to MS 6BA 4mg/L culturemedium with little NAA. If cailuses and buds are inoculated on to MS 6BA culfure medium with little-NAA. If calluses and buds are inoculated on to MS 6BA 0.5mg/L, NAA 0.2mg/L medium, bothof them can grow into little corms, When little corms with buds are transferred on to 1/2 MS mediumwith LBA1 mg/L, a 96 percent rate of rhizogenesis is obtained.
