摘要
采用Timm's组化法,电镜下观察了缺Zn幼年大鼠海马亚细胞水平Zn的分布和反应颗粒数目的变化。结果:Zn浓集分布于正常大鼠海马苔藓纤维终末的囊泡内,在突触间隙内也见有Zn存在;缺Zn状态下,海马神经元亚细胞水平Zn反应颗粒数目明显减少。本实验从一定程度证明了:①海马神经元的Zn参与神经元的递质释放调节与兴奋传递过程;②缺Zn海马苔藓纤维终末囊泡内Zn的丢失,可能是引起海马Zn的灰度值降低和发生一系列功能变化的关键。
The subcellular distribution of zinc and the changes in number of Zn reactive granules in rat hippocampus were observed with Timm;s staining under an electron microscope. The results show that Zn reactive granules are mainly located in the vesicles of synapse end of mossy fiber system and they are also found in the synapse space. The Zn reactive granules on the synapse end of mossy fiber system are reduced when Zn is deficient. This evidence suggests that Zn in the hippocampus participates in transmission process of neurons,and the loss of Zn in the subcellular structure is the major cause for change of grey scale values of Zn reaction and a series of functional changes in hippocampus.
