摘要
本文提出一种静止图像自适应分类编码方法。它利用人眼的视觉特性及图像的局部统计特性，并融编解码、传输、后期处理于一体。本文讨论了其工作原理和参数的选取，并给出了实验结果。
An adaptive classified coding for still pictures is presented in this paper, where human visual properties and local picture statistics are utilized with combination of coding/decoding,tansmission and post-processing.The principles of adaptive classified coding and selection of parameters are discussed,and experiment results are given.
