PET织物中纤维的形变对动态力学性能的影响

摘要 本文测试了热定型后PET平纹布的经、纬纱,结果发现,在织布过程中使纤维产生形变,在热定型过程中由于纤维的收缩和结晶使纤维形变发生变化,在E─T曲线上,随着温度的升高和纤维卷曲角度的改变,使E值大幅度升高形成E峰,E_max值随定型温度的升高而下降。峰温向高温移动并高于定型温度。 In the article,the warp─and weft yarns of PET woven fabric after heat─setting have been measured.The results showed that the fiber produced the defor-mation in the weaving process. The deformation of fiber results fron the contraction and crystallization of the fiber in the heat─setting. On the E─T curves exhibited E peak,the E value in creased and exhibited E peak with increasing of heat─setting temperature and changing of curl─angle. The E'max value decreased with increas-ing heat─setting temperature. The temperature of the position of E'max shifted to-wards higher temperature and higher than the heat─setting temperature.
