摘要
利用力学、动态力学、密度梯度、双折射、声速、热分析和染色试验方法,测试分析了纺速为3200米/分的225d/30fPETPOY的结构与性能的波动情况。结果发现,在同一设备上生产同一规格PETPOY的力学、动态力学及结构参数、上染率并不一致,其中双折射、声速取向因子、[E]_(max)、[E]_(min)、T_(anαmax)、、等值差异较大,并建立结构参数与上染率的关系。
The fluctuation of structure snd properties of 225d/30f PET POY spun at 3200m/min were measured and analysed by various methods,such as mechanical.dy-namic mechanical testing.birefringence.density gradient.sonic。thermal analysis and dyeing.The results showed that the mechanical.dynamic mechanical properties. structure parameters and dye uptake of same standard PET POY at the same facili-ties were not alike,among they birefringence. sonic orientation factor. [E]_(max)、[E]_(min)、T_(anαmax)、,etc values differs many. A correlation between T_(anαmax), on and dye uptake was given.
