摘要
对不同公司生产的高模低缩(HMLS)涤纶工业丝进行了循环往复拉伸测试,模拟轮胎帘子线在轮胎变形过程中所受的往复拉伸,分析不同工艺生产的HMLS涤纶帘子线的动态力学性能,其耐热性能、热收缩性能、耐疲劳性能和生热性能不同,为轮胎设计人员选择骨架材料提供参考.
In this paper, the HMLS Polyester Cords in different company for cycling tensile are to simulate the reciprocating tensile of the cords in the tire distortion. The different characters, such as fatigue, shrinkage and dynamic mechanical properties of HMLS polyester cords prepared via various technologies are researched.
