摘要
采用多变多数分批精馏技术分离精细化工产品Ｎ－乙基苯胺系列产品，实际生产表明，有持液、变气速及变压强、变回流比的设计方法可行；精馏塔操作可靠，分离效率高；所得产品的纯度≥９９％；控制塔身持液量操作法可提高产品收率．
This paper deals with the multivariable batch distillation techniques in the separation of fine chemicals. N-ethylaniline and N,Ndiethylaniline. The industrial production showsthat the batch distillation with hold-up, varying gas load, varying reflux and varying pressure ispracticable, and the distillation process is highly efficient and stable. The purity of the products ismore than 99%. The controlled liquid hold-up operation increases the yield.
