摘要
间歇精馏的过渡馏份导致设备的有效处理量减小和能耗加大,本文提出一种过渡馏份的新型操作方法:“全回流全馏出”循环重复的脉冲控制法,充分利用过程的动态特性以提高分离效率,实验验证表明,脉冲法可大大减少过渡馏份量和明显缩短馏出时间。
The slop cut in batch distillation reduces the column productivity and increases the energy consumption.In this paper a new mode of operation for slop cut,i.e. the “on off” total reflux policy,is proposed.Based on the proposed policy the dynamic characteristic of the process can be applied to improve separation efficiency.Experiment has been carried out and the results show that the proposed policy can decrease the amount of slop cut and shorten the operating time greatly.
