摘要
对间歇精馏脉动操作在产品馏出段的应用进行了研究,通过实验验证可知,所建立的数学模型可以较好地描述该操作过程各参数的变化规律。提出了一种以过程分离因子为基础的目标函数,可方便地用于衡量二元间歇精馏不同操作策略产品馏出段的分离效果。对脉动馏出操作过程中间歇精馏分离效果受塔顶存料量的影响进行了讨论,模拟计算结果表明,脉动操作与常规操作相比可改善间歇精馏分离效果。
In this paper, the application of pulse-distillation way in product distillation period of batch distillation has been studied. The process separation factor as objective function has been proposed, which can be used to judge conveniently the separating efficiency of binary batch distillation. The effect of holdup in top of column on the separating efficiency of batch distillation has been discussed.
