摘要
本文观察了工业纯铁高温软氮化(680℃)直接淬火和冷处理后化合物层和含氮马氏体的组织形态,比较了它们的耐磨性能,测定了含氮马氏体和过饱和铁素体在回火过程中的硬度变化以及不同原始状态对高温软氮化渗层厚度的影响。
Research on the morphology of nitrogen-martensite and compound obtained in
pure iron after high temperature soft-nitriding(680℃)then quenching and cold trentment,the
wear resistances were determined.The tempering bebaviour of nitrogen-martensite and supersatu-
rated ferrite were investigated and the effect of various original structures on the penetrating depth
were also discussed.
