摘要
研究了Fe2O3-Cr2O3有机硅改性丙烯酸选择性吸收涂层及其与TiO2-SiO2选择性透过膜复合涂层的性能,讨论了影响涂层光学性能的因素。当黑色颜料用量为40—50%、粒径0.05—0.5μm、掺铝箔20%左右、涂层厚度约2μm时,涂层光学性能较佳。该涂层还有较好的力学、耐腐蚀及耐老化等性能。涂敷TiO2-SiO2薄膜后其光学性能、硬度和耐蚀性等均得到改善。
The coating optical properties, hardness. adhesion and durability of Fe2O3-Gr2O3 selective paint are described. Effects of pigment properties .and coating thickness on the optical properties have been studied. Sol-gel dipping method has been used to prepare TiO2-SiO2 layers on the top of Fe2O3-Cr2O3 coating. The properties of the multilayer is much better than Fe2O3-Cr2O3 coating.
