摘要
本文报道了Ag-SnO_2透明绝热涂层的研究结果。Ag-SnO_2薄膜具有良好的光谱选择特性,可见光波长范围内的平均透过率为55.4%,透过率峰值等于75%,峰值波位为0.55μm。薄膜具有很好的热反射特性,红外反射率大于90%。 在玻璃上沉积Ag-SnO_2薄膜,可大大延缓传热,计算得到窗口热流量与温度关系为 a.对于玻璃(G)和带膜玻璃(G/F)窗口, Q=0.1308(T_(tn)-T_(out)) b.对于双层玻璃(2G)和夹膜双层玻璃(G/F+G)窗口, Q=0.083(T_(tn)-T_(out)) 从综合技术经济指标考虑,单层玻璃加透反膜的组合窗口(G/F)最好,其绝热效率比单层玻璃(G)提高52%,比双层玻璃(2G)提高11%。
The transparent heat mirror of Ag-SnO2 systems coated on a glass has been studied.The relationship between heat flows and temperatures through the windows,as well as the efficiency of thermal insulation in the different constitutions of the windows for the heating process were tested.It has been shown that Ag-SnO2 thin film exhibits not only good optical property,but better thermal performance: averagetransmittance in the visible wavelength (TVS)----55.4%; the peak value of transmitta-nce(Tmax) at location of 0.55μm----75% and infrared reflectance----more than 90%.The heat transfer rate decreases when Ag-SnO2 film deposited on a glass substrate the relationship between the heat flows and temperatures are as follows:For a glass (G) and glass with a film (G/F)For two glasses (2G) and two glasses with a film (G/F+G)According to the cost-efficiency factors,the windows constituted by a glass with a film (G/F) exhibit an available candidate,its efficiency of thermal insulation increases-52% and 11% more than single glass (G) and two glasses (2G),correspondently.
