若干太阳电池封装用粘接剂的耐老化性能评价 被引量:17

摘要 对国产与进口EVA胶膜及若干种液体粘接剂的耐老化性能进行了对比和分析。结果表明,目前的国产EVA与进口EVA性能相当。几种太阳电池封装用液体粘接剂的耐老化性能由好至差的顺序是:硅胶、改性环氧、环氧树脂,而EVA胶膜则介于改性环氧和环氧树脂之间。EVA变黄的主要原因是过氧化物交联剂分解产生的自由基与防老剂反应生成生色基团引起的,有望通过改进配方进一步改善EVA胶膜的耐老化性能。 The stability of different kinds of encapsulants for solar cells was investigated. The results indicate that the domestic ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) films have the same stability as the imported ones. The sequence of EVA films is between modified epoxy resin and epoxy resin. The yellowing of EVA is attributed to the reactions between the stability agents and peroxide curing agents.
