摘要
使用一个反应容积为2551的UASB反应器处理啤酒生产废水,向接种絮状污泥中加入惰性载体,间歇进料7天内出现颗粒污泥、4周内形成稳定颗粒污泥床,COD去除率为90%。试验温度为16~33℃。对颗粒污泥形成机理进行了讨论。
By adding inert carriers into seed sludge, granular sludge was obtained within a week in the lab-UASB reactor which treated brewery waste water with the reactor volume of 2551. After four weeks, the sludge bed region was filled up with granular sludge, the COD removal rate was 90%. The experiment was performed under room temperature, about 16 ~ 33℃. The machenism of granulation was discussed.
