大鼠双侧电解损毁痴呆模型的研制 被引量:1

摘要 采用电解损毁大鼠双侧大脑基底核造成“类痴呆”模型,并对该模型进行 Y-迷路试验和皮层、海马胆碱乙酰转移酶(CHAT)活力、毒蕈碱型乙酰胆碱能受体(M-R)的 Rt 值及去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量进行测定,结果表明模型组明显低于正常组。该模型在动物行为、神经生化指标方面的改变与原发性老年痴呆(Alzheimer 氏病)相似,证明该模型可以做为研究 Alaheimer 氏病的可靠动物模型。 Rat dementia-like model was made by bilateral electrolytic destruction of basal nucleus,to determine its Ymaze response rate, choline acetyltransferase activity (CHAT),muscarinic acetylcholine receptor(M-R)binding capacity and noradrenaline(NA)contents of cerebral cortex and hippocampus.The results showed that all of the above data in model group were lower than those in the normal group and that the changes in the animal behaviour and neurobiochemical indexes in this model were similar to those in primary Alzheimer disease,which indicates this model can considered as a reliable animal model for study of Alzheimer disease.
