本文介绍了骨头(猪、牛、鸡等鲜骨)的营养价值及骨头产品的开发现状。探讨了骨精口服液。
The nutrition value of fresh bones of pig, catties ,chickens etc. and current trends of bone product development were described. The technological process and facilities of the oral bone extract and the bone meal capsule production lines were discussed.
