摘要
喷射钻井可以提高钻速,超高压射流钻井又可提高钻速2~3倍,但由于设备要承受超高压,所以未获实际应用。80年代末研制成双管钻井系统,用常压大排量携岩,高压小排量破岩,用的是地面增压器,其可靠性差、成本高。目前引起钻井界普遍重视的是井下增压.它克服了双管钻井系统的缺点。本文阐述了井下增压器研究对提高钻井速度的意义,分析了静压式井下增压器的动力来源和要求,并提出了两种典型井下增压器水力设计的计算方法。
Jet drilling can increase the drilling rate,while overpressure jet drilling couldincrease of 2- 3 times. It was not used in practice because of the overpressure applying on theequipment. The dual string drilling system was developed by the end of the 1980s,carringcuttings with high flow rate under normal pressure and cracking rocks with low flow rate un-der high pressure. In this system, the surface booster was used, but its reliability was lowwhile the cost was high. At present,it is down hole booster that has caused much attention tothe drilling field,it solved the problems of the dual string drilling system. It was stated themeanings of the study on downhole booster to the improving of drilling rate, analyzed thepower and requirment of the static pressure down hole booster. The author recommended thehydraulic designing and calculation method of two kinds of typical downhole booster.
