摘要
为了对PDC钻头水力结构及参数进行优化设计和优选,对不同喷嘴倾角下水射流钻头齿清洗力的影响进行了实验研究.实验装置的测量杆件是根据悬壁梁原理设计的.用均布于模拟钻头刀翼上的五根测杆,可以测出水射流对模拟钻头齿上的水力清洗力.实验结果表明,一般情况下.水射流对各测杆的清洗力随喷嘴倾角的增大而增大.倾角一定时,靠近喷嘴出口的测杆受力较大.钻头外缘上的测杆受力较小.
The effect of hydraulic power on PDC bit teeth cleaning force was experimentally studied for the optimum of hydraulic structures and parameters of PDC bit. According to the principle of cantalever beam, the simulated bit with five testing beams distributed on one wing of the bit was designed. The chip removal force on each beam can be measured. The effect of nozzel inclination angle on chip removal forces was discussed. The result shows that the force acting on each testing beams is increased with the increase of nozzel inclination angle. The force acting on central beam is greater than that on the edge of beams. Hydraulic structure has a significant effect on cleaning force of teeth.
