摘要 利用低频、高幅的振动波处理油层,可以拓宽波及范围、提高流体的注入速度和产油率。现有的工具多为地面增压方式,不能与常规注水管网相连,且对注水管柱的强度要求很高。为此设计了一种井下增压的低频脉冲注水工具,叙述了该工具的组成与工作原理。综合考虑系统要求与作业环境,对该工具关键部件的主要参数进行了设计计算。建立了系统的动态仿真模型,分析了各部件的工作性能。仿真结果表明,压力脉冲的峰值可达5.7 MPa,脉冲频率为0.042 Hz,满足了系统对油层进行低频率、高振幅振动波处理的设计要求。 Low-frequency and high-amplitude vibrations can be used to deal with the oil reservoir so as to widen the sweep region and improve the fluid injection rate and oil production rate.The tools available are mostly of ground boosting mode.They cannot be connected with the conventional injection pipe network.Moreover,the requirement of the strength of injection string is very high.Therefore,a kind of low-frequency pulse water injection tool was designed.The composition and principle of the tool were introduced.A comprehensive consideration of the system requirement and operating environment was conducted.The major parameters of the key parts of the tool were designed and calculated.The dynamic simulation model of the system was established.The operating performance of the component parts was analyzed.The simulation shows that the peak value of the pressure pulse can reach 5.7 MPa,with the pulse frequency being 0.042 Hz,which satisfies the design requirement of the system to deal with the low-frequency and high-amplitude vibration waves of oil reservoir.
