摘要
本文介绍了北京燕山石油化工公司化工一厂乙烯装置原料油的优化及多元化平衡的情况,并对乙烯原料油的质量进行了探讨。该装置所用的原料油为轻柴油及少量石脑油。利用计算机,优化了原料轻柴油的质量标准,即当乙烯收率大于28%时,原料油的密度(20℃)不大于0.82g/cm3,初馏点不大于130℃,干点不大于385℃。同时对石脑油的质量也作了标定和比较。针对装置的改扩建还作了新的原料油平衡。
Optimization and extension of feedstock in ethylene plant of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company are presented in this paper. An approach of the quality standard of feedstock is also made. AGO and a small amount of naphtha are usually used as feedstock in Yanshan's ethylene plant. The computer optimization shows that the quality standard of AGO, such as the density at 20℃ less than 0. 82,IBP more than 130℃ and EP less than 365℃, should be controlled to maintain the ethylene yield at 28%.The quality of naphtha feedstock has also been defined. Diversified feedstock equilibrium has been made for the revamped and expanded Yanshan's ethylene plant.
