摘要
上海石化股份有限公司化工一厂１号常减压蒸馏装置掺炼轻质进口油时，面临着装置负荷大的问题。本文从分析初馏塔、常压塔、减压系统的负荷及换热流程的压降着手，探讨了各种进口油在不同掺炼比下的负荷范围，对该装置加工进口油具有指导作用，并对同类装置加工轻质进口油也具有一定的借鉴作用。对今后进一步提高掺炼比的改造方案还作了简单介绍。
The No. 1 crude oil distillation unit of the petrochemical plant of Shanghai Petrochemical Corporation is facing the problem of high capacity when it co-processes imported light crudes with domestic crudes. This paper, starting with the analysis of the capacities of profractionator,atmospheric tower and vacuum tower and the pressure drop across heat exchanging system, has investigated the range of capacity of the unit when various imported crudes are co-processed with domestic crudes under different blending ratios. This investigation is a guidline to the operation of the unit and is referential to other crude units that co-processes imported light crudes. Measures of revamping for blending more imported light crudes are briefly put forward.
