The activity of production with cleanness in Chemical Plant No.1 of Daqing Petrochemical Complex is presented, and the necessity of cleanness production in petrochemical enterprises and the cleanness production characterized by whole process, all-direction and all-staffs involved are discussed, the result of which is beneficial to environment, society and economy at the same time.
