摘要
在对气平衡抽油机游梁与横梁联接螺栓进行受力分析的基础上,导出了失载工况下螺栓最大载荷计算式。根据螺栓最大载荷,得出了螺栓的强度条件和设计方法,并举实例作了计算。文中提出这种螺栓的设计计算方法,克服了以往经验设计法的弊病,可减少这种螺栓因抗拉强度不足而断裂的事故。
On the basis of force analysis of the joint bolt for walking beam and equalizer on air balanced pumping units,the equation for calculating the maximum load on the bolt under loss-of-load working condition is derived. And according to the maximum load on the bolt, the method for designing the bolt is worked out, and an example of calculation is presented. By this design method, bolt failure due to insufficient tensile strength can be reduced.
