摘要
潜油电泵机组的组成是根据油井条件确定的，组成部件的型式、节数及多级泵级数不同，作用在机组危险法兰面联接螺栓上的工作载荷也不同。因此，该螺栓组应根据机组实际组成情况而设计。现文对机组联接螺栓的工作载荷进行分析，并考虑载荷、应力及螺栓强度的离散性。
Abstract The conbination of electric submersible pump unit is determined on the condition of oil well,the type, stage quantity of conbination parts and stage quantity of multistage pump are deferent, the working load applied on joint bolts of unit dengerous is also deferent, therefore this bolt system should be designed on actural condition of unit. In this article, the working load of joint bolts is analyzed and then reliability method of bolt designing is given considering the dispersity of load, stress and bolt strength.
