摘要
对气平衡抽油机游梁与横梁轴承座螺栓联接的受力及螺栓受力作了分析。指出为保证该联接安全可靠,必须满足轴承座底面与游梁接合面间不滑移、螺栓不拉断、接合面不压溃及轴承座不翻转等条件。通过对失载工况下该螺栓联接的计算表明,螺栓被拉断的危险性很大,并讨论了提高该螺栓联接中螺栓强度的主要措施。
Mechanical analyses of the bolted joint for walking beam and equalizer bearing on an air - balanced pumping unit are carried out. To ensure the security of this joint, interracial sliding of the joint, tensile failure of the bolts and extruding failure of the interfaces must be prevented. Calculation of the joint under load slip -off conditions shows that there are great possibilities in tensile failure of the bolts. Measures for increasing the bolt strength are discussed.
