摘要
运用抽油机的平衡准则阐明了游梁式抽油机的一次平衡参数及二次平衡参数的计算方法,并以CYJ10-3-53型抽油机为例,对冲程为3m、冲次分别为6min-1、9min-1和12min-1及泵径分别为32mm、51、95mm所构成的9种工况进行了具体计算。指出了在进行二次平衡计算时应注意的几个问题。二次平衡技术不仅可用于抽油机新产品的开发设计,也可用于油田在用抽油机的技术改造,是一种有效的节能途径。
The methods for calculating the parameters of both the first and the secondary counterbalancing on a pumping unit by the counterbalancing criterion are expounded, and by taking the Model CYJ10-3-53 pumping unit as an example. the parameters of counterbalancing under nine kinds of working conditions are calculated. Thereafter the matters worthy of note in the calculation of secondary counterbalancing are pointed out. The secondary counterbalancing is effective on power-saving, and can be used not only for developing new products, but for technological transformation of the existing pumping units.
