摘要
昆明系雌性小鼠在生育期服用相当于人剂量的中草药促排卵汤5d后,取出其卵巢和子宫,制成冰冻切片,均用油红0法显示脂类(L),用Lojda法显示3-β-羟基甾体脱氨酶(3-β-HSDH),用亮氨酰-β萘酰胺法显示氨基肽酶(LNAse),用偶氮偶联法显示碱性磷酸酶(AKP),对子宫还用PAS法显示糖原(GLy)。结果表明,与对照组相比,无论是动情前期或动情后期,服用中草药的小鼠卵巢其卵泡内膜层及颗粒层细胞和黄体细胞的胞浆内3-β-HSDH活性和脂类明显增高;子宫内膜上皮细胞及间质内的糖蛋白和脂类明显增高。对结果的讨论说明中草药促排卵汤确有促进卵巢卵泡和黄体的甾体激素分泌,并可增强子宫内膜营养的作用,这些都会有利于胚泡的着床及发育。
The female albino mice in the fertile period were used in this study. After being fed with Chinese herbal medicine-ovulatory decoction for 5 days, their ovary and uterus were taken out and sectioned on a freezing microtome. The sections were histochemically stained for showing the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP), 3-β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase (3 -β- HSDH),leucine aminopeptidase(LNAse) and lipid. In addition,those sections from the uterus were stained for showing glycogen(Gly). The results showed,the activities of 3 -β-HSDH and the amount of lipid were raised in the cells of the follicular theca interna,the follicular stratum granulosum and the corpus luteum,while the amount of glycoprotein and lipid was also raised in,the epithelium and the interstitial cells in those herb- fed mice, either in pre-fertile and post-fertile period.This indicates that the herbal medicine ovulatory decoction has an effect that can stimulate the secretion of the steroid hormones from the ovarian follicle and the corpus luteum and can increase the nutrition in the endometrium,thus it would benefit implantation and developement of the embryo.
